Our history typically speaks for itself. In case you need a refresher, here are some monsters we've conquered, cities we've saved, and people we've helped along the way.
Hydra in Blythe. While in Blythe, our team discovered a horde of giant crabs running from the ocean onto land.
With a few moments of investigation, we realized that these crabs were running away from a hydra, which immediately came onto shore and attacked the city.
Our team utilized a spread routine where we pulled the monster into different directions, as it kept growing heads the more it got injured.
Recognizing that fire is its weakness, Crofoot attacked consistently with fireball until the monster was down. Battle in the Sky. While traveling in a flying cloud castle, the team was attacked by githyanki warriors and a red dragon from the astral realm, as well as a powerful cloud giant paladin.
Our team utilized the strategy of brute force (two of our team members polymorphing into giant apes) and clever distraction to defeat these enemies and escape from the sky. Storm Giant Hold. Our mission was to find the storm giant hold that is rumored to exist underwater beneath a set of islands.
Upon arrival, we came across assassins, cult spellcasters, and a powerful barbarian leader.
Through an allyship with a kraken, our group was able to defeat the group of enemies, and we gained a powerful ally along the way. God-Changing Ritual. Kathra's clerical powers derive from her connection to the evil goddess Beshaba.
In an attempt to change gods to the maternal goddess Truesilver, our team was transported to Beshaba's lair in the sky.
The ritual was successful, with Truesilver accepting Kathra as a devotee and the team escaping into the astral realm. Dungeon Crawls. Our team has completed multiple dungeon crawls, fighting dire wolves, goblins, bugbears, nothics, and beholders.
Highlights include using a fireball to destroy an entire legion of bugbears, defeating an evil sorcerer by allying with a more powerful spirit, saving saving Kathra's cousins from the cluthes of evil. Cloud Giant Castle. Our team received intel that the Countess of this kingdom was being controlled by an evil cult.
After confirming suspicions, our team snuck through the castle at night with a storm giant ally and removed the spell put on the Countess.
From here, we defended the castle against a powerful sorceress. This sorceress brought with her a legion of multi-colored dragons to attack the city.
In this struggle, we were able allow the royal family time to escape. Neverwinter Politics. Upon entering Neverwinter, our team focused on clearing out Neverwinter Castle from the monsters and spirits within.
Upon completion of this task, we connected three political factions that divided the town through connection and dialogue.
During the peactime negotiations, our team also defended the city against fomorians and kruthiks. Gwayrune Slumber Battle. Fate called our team into the forest of Gwayrune Slumber.
We ran into a golden hunter trying to capture a dextrous deer in the forest, who eventually transformed into two onis.
Our team struggled to fight against these powerful enemies. Once we were able to recover and revive ourselves, we hunted down this flying oni and took her out. Caer Callidyr Adventures. Though we entered Caer Callidyr for safety, we helped the city for the better while we were there.
In addition to clearing the beaches of giant crabs and defeating a bandit leader, our team protected the Queen by bringing to light a betrayer amongst her high court. Redbrands in Phandalin. Our team met for the first time in a prison near Phandalin.
Upon breaking out, we came upon this settlement being abused by the Redbrands gang. We protected the city by driving the gang out of the city.
